Proshares is set to reverse split 10 of its funds tomorrow May 11th. In the reverse splits, the outstanding shares of each Fund will be will be exchanged for new shares of each Fund in the ratios listed below.Open orders at the close of business on Thursday, May 10, 2012 in each above Fund will be canceled. The new shares of each Fund will be admitted to trading at the opening of business on Friday, May 11, 2012.On the effective date, each Fund will have a new CUSIP. The ticker symbols and underlying indices will not be changed.
The funds effected are as follows:
- ProShares UltraShort Russell 1000 Growth (NYSEARCA:SFK) Split: 1:4
- ProShares UltraShort Dow 30 (NYSEARCA:DXD) Split: 1:4
- ProShares UltraShort MSCI Brazil (NYSEARCA:BZQ) Split: 1:4
- ProShares UltraShort Consumer Services (NYSEARCA:SCC) Split: 1:4
- ProShares UltraPro Short Midcap 400 (NYSEARCA:SMDD) Split: 1:4
- ProShares UltraShort Russell 3000 (NYSEARCA:TWQ) Split: 1:5
- ProShares UltraPro Short S&P 500 (NYSEARCA:SPXU) Split: 1:5
- ProShares UltraPro Short Russell 2000 (NYSEARCA:SRTY) Split: 1:5
- ProShares Ultra DJ-UBS Natural Gas (NYSEARCA:BOIL) Split: 1:5
- ProShares Ultra Short Silver (NYSEARCA:ZSL) Split: 1:5
